Return Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction, but we realize that sometimes online shopping presents challenges for proper fit. Customers may return merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Tags must be attached. There is no guarantee that the stock will be available upon return, but we will do our best to provide you with the same or like item.
If you feel that an item you ordered has a defect or the merchandise is incorrect, contact us within 5 business days so that we can correct the issue. The item must be unused and in new condition with the tags attached.
Items returned that are worn, damaged, have any type of smell, or is beyond the 14-day return policy will not be exchanged. All sale items are final. All seasonal/holiday items are final sale. Final sales or clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Gift items are eligible for exchange only.
For all returns, please notify me by email at: LassiesandLads@outlook.com and explain the reason for the return before shipping the merchandise. Please include contact information so that we may reach you.

The receipt must be included with returns.
Shipment options for returns are left to the discretion of the customer and must be paid for by the customer (both ways). We are not responsible for any delay in mail services or shipping services, lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking information. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
